Where to Stay
We recommend staying in the Siena area to be close to the venue and fully enjoy the Tuscan experience. We're currently working to secure discounts at our recommended hotels for our guests.
We'll be coordinating shuttle service between our recommended hotels and the venue, so booking with one of our recommended hotels will make getting to and from events seamless.

Tips for Visitors

- •Tipping in Italy is appreciated but not mandatory (round up or 5-10% for excellent service).
- •June is peak tourist season—book accommodations and rental cars well in advance.
- •Don't miss the chance to explore Siena, Florence, and the Chianti wine region!
- •Sunscreen and a hat are essential for daytime outdoor activities.
- •Many shops close for "riposo" (afternoon rest) from 1-4 PM.
- •Italian dinner is typically served later (8 PM onwards)—adjust to local rhythm!
